Candidates applying for hotel, restaurant, café, and facility-service roles in Germany who want rehearsal before real interviews.

Scope

One focused coaching engagement of two live sessions (60 minutes each) plus written feedback between sessions.

Included

• Pre-session questionnaire on target roles and employers
• Two live video coaching sessions with hospitality-specific role-play
• German employer expectations brief (punctuality, hierarchy, guest focus)
• Written feedback after each session
• One follow-up email within seven days for last-minute question prep

Not included

• Job placement or guaranteed offers
• Visa or immigration advice
• Translation of full application packages (available as a separate coaching package)
• On-site accompaniment to interviews

How the engagement runs

1. Share your target roles and any interview dates
2. Complete a short strengths and gaps questionnaire
3. Session one: first impressions, greeting guests, and your career story
4. Session two: tough questions, shift scenarios, and closing the conversation
5. Receive written notes and optional email follow-up

Timing & delivery

Duration: Usually completed within 10–14 days

Delivery: Remote video sessions; optional in-person session in Salzwedel by arrangement

Preparation: Bring a draft CV, job ads you are targeting, and examples of guest or team situations you have handled.

Constraints: Sessions are conducted in English; we can practice key German hospitality phrases when useful, but this is not a language course.
