Blendsmartsystems exists to help hospitality and service candidates prepare for German employers with rehearsal, document clarity, and honest workplace orientation.
Why this practice
Many candidates arrive with solid service experience and still stumble in interviews because the expectations of German hotels and restaurants were never explained in concrete terms. We built Blendsmartsystems around those gaps: guest language, shift reliability, and application documents that a busy manager will finish reading.
Our base in Salzwedel, Sachsen-Anhalt keeps us close to regional hospitality hiring while we coach clients across Germany by video. In-person sessions can be arranged when travel makes sense.
How we work with you
We start from the role you want — reception, floor service, housekeeping, café counter — and reverse-engineer the stories and habits an employer will test. Feedback is specific: pace of speech, missing guest names, vague duty lines on a CV, or unrealistic timeline to a supervisor title.
We do not place candidates into jobs or promise offers. We prepare you to present yourself clearly and to understand the first weeks on a German hospitality roster.
