Refunds & cancellations

Scope

These terms apply to paid coaching packages and single sessions offered by Blendsmartsystems (interview coaching, CV review, orientation briefings, and career path consultations). This site does not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session of a package or single briefing, and no written feedback or document review has been delivered yet.

Partial refunds

If you cancel after the first session of a two-session interview package has occurred, we refund 40% of the package fee provided the second session has not started. CV review fees are non-refundable once annotated feedback has been sent.

Non-refundable items

• Sessions already delivered
• Written feedback or annotated documents already provided
• No-shows without notice
• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in a booking confirmation (when used for reserved in-person slots)

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes or additional reschedules may incur a €25 administration fee, waived at our discretion for illness with reasonable notice.

No-shows

If you miss a live session without notice, that session is treated as delivered. Remaining unused sessions in a package remain available within the original package window unless otherwise agreed.

Work already started

When document review or questionnaire analysis has begun before a live call, fees for that preparatory work are deducted from any approved refund at a rate reflecting time spent, communicated before processing.

Refund process & timing

Email info@blendsmartsystems.digital with your booking reference, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Cancellation by Blendsmartsystems

If we must cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within 14 days, you receive a full refund for undelivered sessions.
