Data we collect

When you submit the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, coaching interest, optional preferred date, and message content. During coaching we may process CV content, interview notes, and session feedback you share.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare and deliver coaching (contract or pre-contractual steps). We may keep limited records for accounting and legal compliance (legal obligation). Essential cookies support site operation (legitimate interests / necessity). Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate visits (consent).

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Coaching notes related to a completed package are retained up to 36 months, then deleted or anonymised unless you request earlier deletion where applicable.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany.

International transfers

Our primary processing takes place in Germany / the EU. If a tool provider stores data outside the EEA, we will ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
